Petrol and diesel prices are set to change daily starting on June 16th, 2017. State oil companies will adjust fuel rates for consumers across the country every day to reflect even the slightest changes in international oil prices to dealers and end customers. "The daily price revision is an initiative aimed at ensuring the best possible prices for customers and enhancing transparency in the pricing mechanism," Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), the country's largest oil retailer, stated.
